Great Product and customer service!

This company is people friendly and their product is great. Peter was very helpful with a question I had and I appreciate him for that. The best advice I can give anyone looking to purchase this pillow is don't get in a hurry take your time and play around with it. There are so many different feels you can get from repositioning the pods taking your time with it will turn it from a good pillow into a great pillow! Thanks again Peter...Bo

Extra Pods was the ticket!

I'm a bit more stout than others, and found that the Twilla Pilla was not quite enough for supporting my neck correctly when side-sleeping. Being able to get the extra pods was just what I needed. Adding 5 pods provided the needed support. Would highly recommend getting the extra pods if you don't feel that the number shipped with the pillow are enough.
