The Adjustable Pillow with cubed foam provides the same customizable features as the Adjustable Pillow +Pods, with the difference being that the foam is not contained within Pods.

Our Hotel Collection Pillow, while non-adjustable, offers exceptional comfort with its luxurious down-alternative filling (no foam filling).

If you are looking for a Travel size pillow, or a Body pillow, we now have great offerings that are fully adjustable.

Tencel is a premium, eco-friendly fabric known for its exceptional softness, moisture-wicking properties, and breathability. The Tencel cover keeps you cool and comfortable throughout the night.

While you may be familiar with bamboo fabric, Tencel is derived from wood pulp as well, but it is produced through a more sustainable, earth-friendly process, making it a superior choice for both comfort and the environment.

1. Open the zipper.

2. Refer to your product instructions for different ways you can customize your pillow. 

3. Add, remove, or position the pods or foam filling. 

4. Close zipper and fluff pillow to smooth out the adjustment or shape your pillow. 

Please note that it can take a few nights to get your pillow just right. Make adjustments as needed until it is just right for you.

Pods are small, removable inserts that allow you to customize the comfort of your pillow by adding, removing, or repositioning them. These mini pillows help keep the foam contained in precise increments, providing a personalized sleep experience. Pods are included with our Adjustable Pillow +Pods.

If you own an Adjustable Pillow with cubed foam, Pods can be purchased separately and easily added to the exterior shell for enhanced adjustability.

Sanitize & Freshen: Place pillow (with pods or foam) in dryer on low for 15 minutes each month. This will restore loft and sanitize your pillow. 

Pillow Wash Instructions: Separate adjustment pods and foam from outer pillow. Do NOT wash the Pods or Foam. Machine wash the outer pillow on cold, gentle cycle, then tumble dry low until it is completely dry. 

Pods: Spot clean as needed. Tumble dry low to freshen your Pods. 

New foam tends to have a slight scent as a result of the production process. You can easily reduce the scent by tossing the whole pillow in the dryer on low heat for an hour or two with a dryer sheet. If you don’t have a dryer, allow the pillow to air out for a day or two in direct sunlight. Please note that the new foam scent is not harmful. 

Not at all. With our patented, one-of-a-kind system, you can enjoy custom support without unwanted lumps. If you need targeted support for your neck or any other area, simply add extra Pods or foam filling and position them to your liking. If your pillow doesn’t feel quite right, make the necessary adjustments and give it a fluff to settle the materials.

The main differences are that the “Hotel Collection” is not adjustable, but you will be amazed at how comfortable it is. The exterior Tencel fabric is malleable and conforms to your head for a soft, comfortable feel. 

Our Adjustable pillows are filled with Luxury Down Alternative in the outer layers of the pillow (filling is contained). Supportive foam filling is added or removed from the center of the pillow. Our premium adjustable pillow “with Pods” keeps the foam filling contained in mini adjustable increments that you can add, remove, or position within the pillow for custom support.

We usually are able to process orders the same day, next day at the latest. Shipping to Western US usually takes 2-3 business days. To the Central US and the East Coast can take 4-6 business days.
