Our Adjustable pillows are filled with Luxury Down Alternative in the outer layers of the pillow (filling is contained). Supportive foam filling is added or removed from the center of the pillow. Our premium adjustable pillow “with Pods” keeps the foam filling contained in mini adjustable increments that you can add, remove, or position within the pillow for custom support.

1. Open the zipper.

2. Refer to your product instructions for different ways you can customize your pillow. 

3. Add, remove, or position the pods or foam filling. 

4. Close zipper and fluff pillow to smooth out the adjustment or shape your pillow. 

Please note that it can take a few nights to get your pillow just right. Make adjustments as needed until it is just right for you.

Pods are basically mini pillows that you can add, remove, or position within your pillow. The Pods keep the foam contained within small increments of adjustment that allow you to customize the comfort of your pillow. 

Pods are included with our Adjustable pillows that say: “+Pods”. Our regular Adjustable pillows do not come with Pods. They come with loose cubed foam. 

If you purchased an Adjustable Pillow with cubed foam, the Pods are available for purchase separately and can be added to the exterior shell. 

Sanitize & Freshen: Place pillow (with pods or foam) in dryer on low for 15 minutes each month. This will restore loft and sanitize your pillow. 

Pillow Wash Instructions: Separate adjustment pods and foam from outer pillow. Do NOT wash the Pods or Foam. Machine wash the outer pillow on cold, gentle cycle, then tumble dry low until it is completely dry. 

Pods: Spot clean as needed. Tumble dry low to freshen your Pods. 

New foam tends to have a slight scent as a result of the production process. You can easily reduce the scent by tossing the whole pillow in the dryer on low heat for an hour or two with a dryer sheet. If you don’t have a dryer, allow the pillow to air out for a day or two in direct sunlight. Please note that the new foam scent is not harmful. 

You never have to have unwanted lumps. Your pillow is one of a kind Patented System that allows for custom support. If you want targeted support for your neck, you can position extra Pods or foam filling just how you like it. If your pillow doesn’t feel right, make the necessary adjustments, then give your pillow a fluff to settle the filling materials.

We usually are able to process orders the same day, next day at the latest. Shipping to Western US usually takes 2-3 business days. To the Central US and the East Coast can take 4-6 business days.
