Sanitize & Freshen: Place pillow (with pods) in dryer on low for 15 minutes each month. This will restore loft and sanitize your pillow. 

Pillow Wash Instructions: Separate adjustment pods from outer pillow. Do NOT wash the Pods. Machine wash the outer pillow on cold, gentle cycle, then tumble dry low until it is completely dry. 

Pods: Spot clean as needed. Tumble dry low to freshen your Pods.
