I love my Twilla pillow! I have had it for several months and would recommend it to everybody. My only negative is that I have had issues with the pods running away leaving my neck unsupported during the night. When I found the neck pod I knew it was worth a shot. It solved my problem! My pillow is the absolute best ever. Plus, the neck pod is adjustable too. Thank you, Twilla!
Genius! The Twilla Travel Pillow! As if the customization of the Twilla Pillow wasn’t enough, NOW I can stuff the “inner-pods” around items in my suitcase, then flatten out the pillow case and pack that. When I arrive at my destinations, I have my OWN pillow that is made for me. Plenty big enough, but small enough to take with me so I have the comfort of my own pillow wherever I go! Genius! I wanted to love this, but so far, I've had to pull the neck pod back out because it ended up making my neck hurt more. I like the feel of the pillow itself (without the added neck pod), but it sleeps pretty hot, making it uncomfortable as the night goes on.
I purchased a Twilla pillow because I’m a side sleeper with some hearing hardware permanently implanted in my head. I have an abutment (titanium screw) on both sides of my head placed behind my ears. The pods cradle the abutments without putting pressure on them. With a traditional pillow I’ve had to sleep on my hands with my fingers spread to cradle the abutment. The neck support is also amazing. I also like a cool pillow and the pods provide enough air flow to keep my pillow from getting too warm. Great product for my specialized needs!
I've tried about a dozen different pilows over the years and think I've finally found the one that works for me... the Twilla travel pillow. I use it for every night sleep, not just for travel. Derek P
I like the pillow. I would like it if the pods were a little harder. the seem to just collapse unless you pack them all into one area.
I have 5 pillows. All my pillows take up a big space in my closet. I can rotate and usually keep my neck problems away. I’m a picky pillow guy. I was skeptical, but desperate for a good pillow that doesn’t leave my neck hurting in the morning. I’ve been using the pillow for nearly a month now, and have not rotated to a different pillow. I have re-adjusted the pods inside and actually find myself liking this pillow. I regret the king size, and will probably buy the smaller one (easier to travel with). Still in the honeymoon phase, but very impressed with the comfort.
I love that I can adjust the pillow foam and the neck pod. I needed a new pillow but wasn’t looking forward to buying one, cutting it open to adjust it to my preference, then sew it shut, hoping I got it right. With the light version of this pillow, I can add the support exactly where I want it, then adjust if needed.
I’ve struggled with pillows as an active adult. Being able to adjust and fine tune my Twilla Pillow has fixed my sleep and neck pain each morning. Never going back.

I have searched and searched for a pillow that would hold up and not eventually become so flat that there wasn't any support. I have now had this pillow for a month and I love that you can add or take away from the pillow to suit what you need.
Loving the Twilla travel pillow! It’s as comfortable as my full-size pillow but the perfect smaller size for travel or just watching TV on the sofa. I’m a side sleeper, so I just added a few extra foam cubes for neck support, and I’m good to go!
My hisband is ecstatic over his Early Christmas gift. He absolutely loves this pillow. He experimented for only two nights and now he has the perfect pillow! He has instructed me on his pillow placement before we make the bed each morning.
I really like the idea and I'm going to keep it and keep messing with the foam positions. I wish the base pillow wasn't so big and thick. I suggest the zipper should open/close at the middle of the long side so it's easier to position foam at each side. If the pillow were less thick, I'd love to see pockets around all the edges with very little padding in the middle. Then I could place foam to preference around all the edges for neck support on the long edges while sleeping on my back, and full head support on the short edges for when I turn to my side.

Twilla pillow is best pillow I have ever used. The adjustability of the pillow with the foam allowed me to find a perfect position for my head. I've now bought the travel pillow so that I won't need to try to fit my regular sized pillow into an already full suitcase and can also just carry it onto a flight. Thank you Twilla!!!!
