Pillow Adjustment Instructions

1. Add or Remove PODS

Simply add PODS for a bigger pillow or remove any number of PODS for a smaller pillow. Evenly distribute PODS or intentionally postion PODS for extra support and to relieve pain.

2. Fluff Your Pillow

After each adjustment that you make, close the zipper, and give your pillow a quick fluff. It doesn't take a lot, but fluffing your pillow allows the patented system to integrate the PODS.

3. Align Your Spine

For any sleeping position, it is important that you adjust your pillow so that your spine is aligned. If you wake up sore, you know you need to make an adjustment to your pillow.

ONE PILLOW, ENDLESS OPTIONS

You can adjust your pillow to any size or shape, so we encourage you to try out some new shapes and see how they work for you. You'll be amazed at how much better you will sleep.

PANCAKE

Perfect for stomach sleepers. Try removing some Pods until your Pod-Pillow is the perfect size. You may want as little as 0-4 Pods remaining in your Pillow.

GOLDILOCKS

This is the size your Pillow comes in (already filled with Pods), a common size for many people. Test it out as is, then make adjustments as needed, you may want to add or move a few Pods to fine tune your sleep.

SIDE SLEEPER

The optimal Pillow size depends on your body size and how broad your shoulders are. The goal is to make Pillow adjustments until your neck is in alignment with your spine. There are plenty of extra Pods included with every Pillow, add Pods as needed.

ROLLER

The "Roller" Shape is perfect for multiple sleeping positions. If you like to start sleeping on your back or stomach, then you roll to you side during the night, having multiple support levels will greatly improve your sleep.

Creating this shape is easy, simply push all (or most) of the Pods to one half of your Pillow. After closing the Pod-Pillow, give it a good fluff, and try it out to see how it feels. You may need to add or remove a few Pods to get the height of each side just right.

CRADLE

Regardless of you have slept in the past, we recommend trying the "Cradle" shape. Sleeping on your back can be really good for you and your health. The "Cradle" shape acts as a sleep aid, by keeping your head supported so you can better sleep on your back through the night.

To create the "Cradle" shape, start by positioning 3-4 Pods on each side of the Pillow interior. After closing the zipper, fluff each side of the Pillow to allow the Pod-System to smooth out the filling materials.

NECK SUPPORT

Having extra neck support can work wonders in relieving pain and simply feeling more comfortable through the night.

For extra neck support simply add a few Pods to the bottom end of the Pillow interior that is closest to your neck. Add/Position as many Pods as you need to get the support that feels right to you. After each adjustment, fluff your Pillow to allow the Pod-System to integrate the adjustments.

Adjustable BODY Pillow

Simply add or remove PODS to adjust the size and shape, then a quick fluff will blend the pods with the outer layers for a smooth sleeping surface. Dual access zippers make adjustments even easier. Adjust the upper half to support your head and to align your spine. Adjust the lower half to comfortably support your legs.

Pancake, Goldilocks, & Side Sleeper Detailed Instructions

Goldilocks: This is the size your Pillow comes in (already filled with Pods), a common size for many people. Test it out as is, then make adjustments as needed, you may want to add or move a few Pods to fine tune your sleep.

Pancake: Perfect for stomach sleepers. Try removing some Pods until your Pillow is the perfect size. You may want as little as 0-4 Pods remaining in your Pod-Pillow. NOTE: When there are very few Pods in the Pillow, it is helpful to evenly disperse them within the Pillow interior, then a good fluff will integrate the Pods and you won't even know that they are there.

Adjustment Tips: Getting your Pillow just right may take a few nights, we recommend making as many adjustments as needed until it feels just right.

Roller Shape Instructions

After closing the zipper, fluff each side of the Pillow to allow the Pod-System to smooth out the filling materials. Test out the shape, see how it feels. You might want to adjust the quantity of Pods on either side of the Pillow, or add a few to the middle. Keep making adjustments until it feels just right.

Adjustment Tip: Consider combining the "Cradle" Shape with the "Neck Support" Shape (See below).

Neck Support Instructions

Having extra neck support can work wonders in relieving pain and simply feeling more comfortable through the night. We recommend using these "Neck Support" instructions in combination with any other Pillow shape or size you might create.

For extra neck support simply add a few Pods to the bottom end of the Pillow interior that is closest to your neck. Add/Position as many Pods as you need to get the support that feels right to you. After each adjustment, fluff your Pillow to allow the Pod-System to integrate the adjustments.
