Purchases WITHIN the Continental US: We offer a 100-night trial period to make sure you have plenty of time to adjust your pillow to be just right for you. If for any reason you would like to return your pillow, please contact us using the form below within the first 100 days of purchase. We will reply with a pre-paid return label. Once we've received the pillow, we will issue a full refund.
Purchases OUTSIDE the Continental US: We offer a 100-night trial period to make sure you have plenty of time to adjust your pillow to be just right for you. If for any reason you would like to return your pillow, please contact us using the form below within the first 100 days of purchase. Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees for purchases outside the Continental US. We will provide you with a shipping label, once we've received the pillow, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping fees.
