Sanitize & Freshen: Place pillow (with foam) in dryer on low for 15 minutes each month. This will restore loft and sanitize your pillow. 

Pillow Wash Instructions: Separate adjustment foam from outer pillow. Do NOT wash the Foam. Machine wash the outer pillow on cold, gentle cycle, then tumble dry low until it is completely dry.

Side sleeper with shoulder pain

Side sleeper that would frequently wake up with some sort of shoulder or neck pain from positioning overnight. Received the body pillow as a gift and was impressed so I purchased the adjustable pillow hoping I could get more customized support when my arm is typically under the pillow. With the pods I was able to align my neck more consistently and avoid waking up in pain. I feel like I wake up less overnight to adjust position as well.

So happy with my Pod-Pillow BODY!

I love my standard size Pod-Pillow, but as a side sleeper with a bad back, I also needed a body pillow to help with lower spine alignment. The BODY pillow is just as soft as the standard Pod-Pillow but with full-body support and comfort. The new, thicker filling in the outer pillow offers more support and made it easier to adjust the pods to get and hold exactly the shape I needed. Finally no more waking up to adjust pillows in the middle of the night!
