Sanitize & Freshen: Place pillow (with pods) in dryer on low for 15 minutes each month. This will restore loft and sanitize your pillow. 

Pillow Wash Instructions: Separate adjustment pods from outer pillow. Do NOT wash the Pods. Machine wash the outer pillow on cold, gentle cycle, then tumble dry low until it is completely dry. 

Pods: Spot clean as needed. Tumble dry low to freshen your Pods.

Best pillow ever !

I have four pillows in my huge bed - They all have black pillow cases . It is Real easy to tell which the Twilla one is ! I Love this pillow as I am able to make adjustments in just a couple of seconds …. Even without the added spacers and adjustments the pillow is Incredibly comfortable- Will definitely buy again.
